Our society depends on its diversity! However, this diversity of people and experiences is not reflected in many spheres of our lives. Still, certain characteristics, such as a person's gender, too often determine their chances and opportunities. Therefore, in the magazine CHANCEN= we would like to address the questions: What does equality mean? What experiences of discrimination do people at the RUB make? And how can we achieve equal opportunities?

The magazine is funded by the Lore Agnes Program and is intended to contribute to actively shaping an equal opportunity campus culture and to bring equality issues into the public focus.
